TÜV offers both consultation and testing services for RoHS, Restricted Substances, and Toxicity Compliance. 

RoHS Testing
TÜV offers comprehensive analysis for the RoHS restricted materials, following the IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) proposed methods of analysis.  Our strategy begins with an X-ray fluorescence (XRF) screening of the product.  By carefully examining the structure of the product, along with the XRF screening results, we select the analysis path to follow, which will be the least costly, but most comprehensive, for your needs. RoHS testing services include:

Restricted Substance Services
Restricted Substances are becoming a very important part of the manufacturing process.  With the appearance of many new restrictions and regulations on toxic materials, TÜV offers services to help our clients bring a safe product to the market in the most efficient way.  We provide a complete line of analytical services to analyze the materials that you are using.  We also offer services to help you conform to, and possibly develop your own, Restricted Substance Lists (RSLs).  We partner with our clients to minimize the impact of toxic materials from the design stage through to the finished product.
